Now Spirius can offer its customers to use emojis in their SMS text messages.

– We have customers who have requested this feature, so now it is possible to do with our API, says Jonas Rexeke, CEO of Spirius. If you send 16-bit text messages, most special characters and emojis are available. But remember to be careful with the message length. A single 16-bit SMS can hold a maximum of 70 characters (an SMS is always 1120 bits, 7×160, 8×140 or 16×70). See which symbols are available by clicking here!
