Entergate sends surveys via SMS
Entergate is a Halmstad company that works with digital survey and analysis platforms, e-learning and other solutions. For ten years now, they have been using Spirius for their SMS-services.
Entergate’s products and services take customers from one position to a new and better one. With simple and user-friendly survey tools, the customer receives the feedback needed to make decisions and move forward in the process. In Sweden, Entergate is the market leader in the public sector and also has large industrial customers such as Volvo Cars and LKAB.
– We are an IT company that develops and provides software that our customers lease. Within the public sector, we work with around 200 municipalities, 12 regions and around thirty authorities. Surveys and e-learning are two of our services, but we also have tools to measure customer satisfaction and geographic surveys, for example to create safe school routes where survey responses can show what measures need to be taken, says Cyrus Daneshmir, CEO of Entergate.
Entergate started in the USA in 1998 and was established in Sweden a few years later. Today, the company consists of 26 employees and they develop all the software themselves.
– We cannot outsource that part because we work with customers where security comes first, Cyrus Daneshmir continues and goes on to say that stability and security were important factors when they chose Spirius as a provider of SMS services:
– We had another supplier before, but we were not completely satisfied. When we met Spirius we got a very good impression and have continued to work with them for about ten years now. We have high demands from our customers and Spirius meets all those demands. Having stable subcontractors is a must for us, otherwise we cannot offer these services. And Spirius is always quick if we need help. We are very satisfied, both with the price model and their service, says Cyrus Daneshmir.
