With the Spirius smart SIM card, you can share data volume between multiple cards. Previously, you have been allowed to purchase fixed data volume for each subscription. You can also set alarm/turn off subscriptions and choose which services will be active (Data/SMS/Voice) or roaming. There are also advanced features with VPN/NAT IP addresses. Every month you get a report and can adjust the data set to save money. As a customer, you can choose internet APN, own APN (own whitelist/blacklist) or Spirius APN (common whitelist) which controls which internet access the SIM card is allowed to have. Spirius is the first in Sweden to have whitelist on Name server instead of IP address. Today, Spirius offers three different types of subscriptions. Our main option is subscriptions from Telenor Connexion, but we also have subscriptions that work in all networks in Sweden or that have good prices for larger volumes of data. We call our subscriptions C-IoT, D-IoT and T-IoT.

Field Service is a help for Spirius IoT customers when something needs to be physically fixed in an installation — anywhere in Sweden.

When installations are in need of service or hardware updates, geographical distances become a concern and travel costs can be high if the customer is to carry out the work themselves. That's why the service exists Spirius Field Service, which is based on a collaboration with Hemfixarna Nordic AB.
The Home Fixers is a nationwide network that has a total of 1500 fixers employed in the categories of furniture assembly, craft assistance and technicians. For a fixed price, including travel, the customer can book a technician who performs the work on the IoT installation.
