If you are a Spirius customer, you can send SMS messages to landline numbers. In step 1, the service includes that the SMS will be read using voice synthesis or displayed as text on some DECT phones. In step 2, you can send SMS messages to pre-registered Swedish landline numbers (including 010-numbers).

– Many companies have a mobile switchboard with landline numbers, which can be annoying because it can’t receive SMS messages, says Jonas Rexeke, CEO of Spirius. With our service, you just pre-register your phone numbers in a database, and then you can then receive SMS as usual. It also works mobile to mobile.

SMS can also be redirected from a landline number to a virtual number, which is useful if you have a separate application for managing text messages. In that case, your mobile number will be disclosed.
