The Mail2SMS service allows you to send emails that become an SMS or vice versa. It works for both incoming and outgoing SMS and you can use any email client.
Email threads show the history, but SMS messages usually don't. For example, imagine you need to get three cars inspected and receive an SMS for each car to confirm the appointments. How does the system then know which one you're booking – or canceling? Whether you reply immediately or a month later, Smart Reply Path keeps track of which SMS the reply belongs to. Smart Reply Path can also be used for vouchers, ticket booking, and more. You can also choose whether replies to an SMS are allowed only once or multiple times.
